Terms

ThisMCP^™ is a Client Explorer OAuth app and remote MCP provider. It is designed to govern MCP discovery, request, response, approval, budget, capsule, manifest, and audit behavior. It is not a replacement for Client Explorer.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms for yourself and, if you use the service for an organization, for that organization. If a signed agreement or service order applies, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

You are responsible for your account access, Client Explorer group membership, gateway configuration, access keys, upstream MCP choices, and compliance with laws, third-party service terms, and internal policies that apply to your use.

You may connect, configure, or call only groups, MCP servers, credentials, repositories, systems, models, APIs, and data sources that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for actions initiated by you, your users, your agents, and clients that use keys or tokens issued for your group.

The service may route MCP tool calls, prompt requests, resource reads, generated capability proposals, approvals, and policy decisions between your clients, Client Explorer, and selected upstream MCP or infrastructure providers.

Third-party MCP servers, model providers, identity providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and other upstream services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, availability, security, and data handling practices.

You are responsible for reviewing tool descriptions, schemas, policies, approval prompts, and upstream behavior before allowing an agent or client to call a capability, especially where a call can affect production systems, publish content, send communications, change security settings, access private data, or spend money.

You retain your rights in the data, configuration, prompts, tool arguments, tool results, upstream definitions, secrets, payloads, collaboration records, generated capability proposals, and other content you submit or route through the service.

You authorize Ed in Park City LLC to process that data as needed to provide, secure, debug, audit, enforce policy for, and improve the service. This includes processing through Client Explorer and the providers you select or authorize.

ThisMCP^™ is not designed to use customer MCP payloads, tool results, upstream secrets, or gateway logs to train general-purpose AI models. If that changes, the privacy notice and applicable customer-facing terms should be updated before the change is used in production.

You must protect session credentials, OAuth tokens, Client Explorer private API keys, ThisMCP^™ access keys, upstream API keys, OAuth client secrets, and other credentials. Do not disclose them to unauthorized people, agents, tools, logs, prompts, or systems.

The service may store sensitive values through encrypted fields, hash sidecars, previews, and write-only secret controls, but you remain responsible for rotating, revoking, and limiting credentials when access changes or a compromise is suspected.

The service may block, hide, redact, truncate, route, downgrade, require approval for, quarantine, log, or otherwise govern capabilities at discovery, request, and response phases.

Policy controls, keyword rules, result shaping, manifests, budgets, capsules, approval ceremonies, and generated capability review are operational controls. They do not guarantee that every unsafe, unlawful, unexpected, or unwanted action will be detected or prevented.

Do not use the service to bypass access controls, evade monitoring, interfere with systems, transmit unlawful or harmful material, scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization, perform unauthorized security testing, or expose credentials, secrets, private data, or MCP payloads without authorization.

Do not use the service to violate third-party rights, compromise systems, deploy malware, abuse infrastructure, impersonate others, send unauthorized communications, or configure agents to take actions that you could not lawfully take yourself.

The service may change as gateway features, configuration flows, policy controls, security requirements, Client Explorer integration behavior, and upstream integrations evolve.

Ed in Park City LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service, a group, an integration, an access key, or a capability where needed to address security risk, suspected abuse, legal risk, operational problems, nonpayment under a separate order, or violation of these terms.

ThisMCP^™ and related names, logos, product names, service names, content, software, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to Ed in Park City LLC and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use ThisMCP^™ marks without prior written permission except as permitted by law. If you provide feedback or suggestions, Ed in Park City LLC may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security outcome, or compatibility with every MCP client, model, upstream provider, or workflow.

You are responsible for testing configurations, reviewing approvals and logs, maintaining backups, applying least-privilege credentials, and deciding whether the service is appropriate for your use case.

To the extent permitted by law, Ed in Park City LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or costs of substitute services.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Ed in Park City LLC for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amount was paid.

You will defend and indemnify Ed in Park City LLC against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, configurations, credentials, upstream integrations, agent or client activity, unlawful use, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Utah, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not required to be handled elsewhere by applicable law.

The service is operated by Ed in Park City LLC. Questions about these terms should be directed through the support or account channel provided with your service access.
